Mr. Whitfield is professional and honest. He came out on the Sunday before Memorial Day and diagnosed the issue. He offered options on how to resolve issue and came back on Tuesday to make repairs. He instructed us to complete the registration information on the manufacture's website to receive a 10 year warranty.

Indoor Climate Control responded to my call within minutes and came out the same evening and installed my AC unit. Stephon is very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He made us feel very good about the decision we made to use their service. Indoor climate control is a top notch business. I would recommend them to EVERYONE!!!
